How we analyze and strengthen your pillars

Assessing your neurology with the OBA (online brain analysis)

Our brain is composed of 18 zones that we all use more or less.

The Unfair OBA (online brain analysis) uses a list of questions containing words that stimulate each brain zone to assess which ones someone uses the most.

Each combination of zone activity corresponds to specific behaviors that are both a limit and a strength at the same time - depending on the context.

Linking neurology and scale up success based on top experience

During 8-months, we partnered with 8 VCs to understand how their top founders and teams had succeeding among their challenges. 

For each stage, we identified strong patterns of business challenges / success factors, and the OBA (online brain analysis) results of each team. We decided to call them startup pillars.

These analysis lead us to creating a program that would identify each startup's current solid pillars, and the ones to strengthen when growing.
